Forestry Contracting

At GroundLord we understand that forestry is not simply the clear felling of trees. We recognise that forestry also encompasses the management of trees and that our services may be required to achieve a number of objectives; from timber production and land reclamation to wildlife habitat.

We provide a complete package of forestry services to our clients including planting, thinning, fencing and ecological maintenance and improvement. We are highly experienced in providing advice on woodland management, specifically in respect of veteran and ancient trees; always prioritising the improvement of the biodiversity of a site.

Our specialised forestry contracting services combine our highly skilled staff with our commercial scale machinery (including tracked chippers, forestry mulchers and tractors), allowing us to provide an efficient and cost-effective service to our clients.
