About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Arboricultural Contract Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of our arboricultural services across various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed to the highest standard, within agreed timelines, and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. You will manage both operational teams and client relationships, ensuring the
smooth running of contracts and the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple arboricultural contracts from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Supervise and support tree surgery teams, ensuring they are fully trained and compliant with industry standards.

Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns.

Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

Prepare detailed reports, risk assessments, and method statements as required.

Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to proposals and bids.

Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver customer satisfaction.

Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources required for each contract.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
Proven experience in managing arboricultural contracts and tree surgery operations.
Strong understanding of tree management, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage budgets and project schedules.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Full UK driving license.
Professional qualifications such as a National Certificate in Arboriculture (NCA), LANTRA Tree Inspection, or equivalent preferred.
CSCS or equivalent qualifications in arboriculture preferred.
