About the role:

Permanent | Full Time

As Contracts Manager you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of arboricultural contracts - ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality
standards.


You’ll lead operational teams, manage client relationships, monitor financial performance and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of contract
delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities within this role will be as follows:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple contracts across Hampshire and neighbouring counties.
Plan and programme works in line with client priorities and SLAs.
Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
Manage budgets, monitor profitability and produce monthly performance reports.
Liaise closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
Lead contract start-ups, audits and progress meetings.
Support tender submissions and pricing for new opportunities.
Drive efficiencies and implement process improvements.

What you need to apply:

Essential Skills and Experience:
 

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within arboriculture, highways or similar operational environments.

  • Strong understanding of H&S and environmental compliance.

  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in digital management systems (Re-flow, ConfirmConnect, Ezytreev or similar)

  • Full UK driving licence.

 

Desirable:

  • LANTRA or NPTC arboricultural qualifications.

  • IOSH or SMSTS certification.
