Groundlord is growing and we are looking for skilled Climbing Arborists to join our expanding team, offering you the chance to work on diverse projects across Hampshire and the surrounding region.

Proven climbing experience (minimum of three years)
NPTC qualifications: CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (essential)

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
Proven experience in tree estimating / surveying would be beneficial.
Working knowledge of BS3998:2010 (Tree Work – Recommendations) and relevant UK tree legislation.
Strong understanding of tree management, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional Tree Inspection (PTI) certification.
Working knowledge of BS 5837 (2012) – Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction.
Membership with a recognised arboricultural body (e.g., Arboricultural Association or Institute of Chartered Foresters).
Professional qualifications such as a National Certificate in Arboriculture (NCA), LANTRA Tree Inspection, or equivalent preferred.
CSCS or equivalent qualifications in arboriculture preferred.
Full UK driving license.
